The 32 Team Wisconsin Baseball Association State Tournament begins this weekend in Hayward. The Chaseburg Coon Valley Blues began play by defeating the Ashland Merchants 8-1, on Saturday August 11th. CCV will now play the winner of the Iron City Miners Vs. Hayward Hawks game on Sunday at 3:00.

The Blues defeated Iron City 13-0 to win the WBA District Tournament in Hayward. CCV will now play in the WBA Final 8 in Osceola, WI on August 17-18-19.
